Simone Isaacs

With nearly two decades of experience working alongside young people who fall outside the "norm," Simone brings unparalleled expertise to No Isolation. Her career has been spent in the trenches of education's most complex environments—spanning secure units for young offenders, residential children's homes, and Alternative Provision. Having witnessed first-hand the systemic injustice of vulnerable students being severed from their learning communities, she is deeply committed to moving schools away from simply managing absence toward actively architecting presence. Having also been a customer when leading the medical education team at her local authority, she also knows first hand the impact a fleet of AV1’s can have when arranging suitable interventions for school absence.As a career educator and inclusion specialist, Simone intimately understands the statutory frameworks, resource constraints, and operational pressures faced by leadership teams. At No Isolation, she leverages this expertise to help multi-academy trusts, schools, municipalities and local authorities embed AV1 not as a hardware asset, but as a sustainable, core pillar of their Ordinarily Available Provision. She is passionate about empowering educational leaders to build systems where fewer children become disconnected in the first place, ensuring every young person maintains their right to learn, connect, and belong.
