Louise Brooke

Louise brings over a decade of experience in education to her role as Customer Success Manager at No Isolation. She has taught across the primary phase, led on curriculum and mentored early career teachers, before moving into school leadership. Having experienced first hand the realities of attendance challenges, limited resources and staff pressures, Louise understands the complexities that school teams face. At No Isolation, she focuses on supporting schools and local authorities to use AV1 in ways that truly work: for the student, but also for the staff around them. Louise is passionate about ensuring every customer feels supported and confident, helping to make AV1 a sustainable part of their inclusion and attendance strategy.
