How can I change Pin code?

You can change pin code by accessing the "Menu" option and choosing "Help" from the list. Click on "Change passcode" and fill in the old PIN code. Then you will be asked to enter a new PIN code. To avoid misuse, it is recommended that it is only the child using the AV1 that should know the PIN code.

What should I do if I forget the passcode?
